How Sustain Exec collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
01 Who is responsible
Sustain Exec SAS, 212 Rue de Paris, 93100 Montreuil, France, registered with the Bobigny RCS under number 109 017 848, is the data controller for this website and for the data you send us. Contact: contact@sustainexec.com.
02 What data we collect
This site has no forms and no user accounts. We only process the data you choose to send us by email: your name, email address, company, job title and the content of your message.
03 Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Your language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site opens in the same language next time; it stays on your device. The suggested language is worked out on your device from your time zone and browser language, and we do not store it.
04 Third-party services
The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When they load, your browser sends your IP address to Google.
05 Why we use your data
To answer your request and, if you become a client, to prepare and carry out the engagement. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests, and the performance of a contract or of steps taken before signing one.
06 How long we keep it
Correspondence with prospects: up to three years after our last contact. Client data: for the duration of the engagement, then for the retention periods required by law.
07 Who receives it
Only the Sustain Exec team and, when your engagement requires it, partner consultants bound by confidentiality. We never sell your data.
08 Documents shared during a mission
Questionnaires, data and evidence you share for a mission are used only for that mission and kept confidential. They can be covered by a non-disclosure agreement before you send them.
09 Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to contact@sustainexec.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority in your country.
